Space is scarce in Flanders, yet the desire to do business is strong. How do you balance these two? Hexagon has the perfect answer. In record time, this West Flemish property developer grew from a start-up to an established player in the field of regeneration projects. MOQO aligned the corporate identity with Hexagon’s distinct values.

Sustainable influence
Hexagon’s core values are clearly defined and are fully utilised to shape the brand identity: no open, green spaces for the development of new projects.
Behind every Hexagon regeneration project lies a history of trade or industry. It is up to the entrepreneurs of tomorrow to write their own story in architectural multi-tenant buildings, with due attention to efficient use of space and influence.

Reconversion as trademark
For the visual identity concept, we have drawn on Hexagon’s four pillars. The result? A textured emblem in which the ‘H’ of Hexagon forms the heart of the trademark that the company uses to emphasise its commitment to nature on the one hand and to entrepreneurship on the other.
Alongside the emblem, Hexagon is presented in a clean typeface to create a balanced and clear overall look. We round off the corporate identity with a script font for titles and quotes.

The business to the outside world
The professional and confidential nature of Hexagon’s business is fully reflected in its corporate identity materials. From classic business cards and stationery, through to a brochure featuring a cut-out logo on the cover, and subtle vehicle lettering: from now on, Hexagon can reinforce its unique story with a comprehensive range of communication tools.

Keeping a close eye
The corporate website is primarily aimed at potential investors and other stakeholders, such as local authorities and inter-municipal organisations. This calls for a serious tone and must convey credibility, both visually and in terms of copy.
The mood film on the homepage grabs the attention and tells Hexagon’s full story in just a few images.
To support Hexagon’s sales department, we are establishing a link between the projects on the website and the client’s underlying CRM system, which will improve efficiency.
